SSOP recognizes the important interaction of an individual’s health and their workplace. With SSOP corporate services, we promote healthy employees, improve morale, decrease risk of injury and increase work productivity. We offer individually tailored corporate package to specifically meet your needs. Some of our services include:
Pilates is an effective and safe way to manage stress, improve posture and increase both flexibility and core muscle strength. Pilates is also a great way to assist in the prevention of injuries and for enhancing overall athletic performance. Our corporate packages allow for mat based pilates classes to be carried out within the workplace by our expert pilates qualified Physiotherapists. This gives employees the opportunity to get away from their desks to exercise and re-energise while still having the convenience of an onsite location and top quality clinical pilates.
Our massage therapists are available for onsite services and have been trained in a range of soft tissue techniques to effectively reduce muscle tension. Massage styles include Swedish, sports, deep tissue and back massage. Massage is one of the most effective stress management techniques available and can be very effective in keeping workers relaxed and injury free.
Our team of highly-trained, experienced Physiotherapists have access to state-of-the-art equipment and offer the highest standard of care. We offer a priority service at either clinic for any workers that need assistance in the recovery and rehabilitation from injury. The priority service allows workers to ‘talk to a Physio’ throughout the day and have priority appointments within 24 hours. Special corporate rates can also be negotiated with company discount cards and free initial assessments.
We offer a wide variety of services to suit your corporate event needs, from one off seminars to managing the entire training program for the corporate triathlon team. Our sponsorship programs are individually tailored, providing your employees with a high quality service that is a great add on benefit to employees at no extra cost to the employer.
Reducing the risk of physical injury in a sedentary office environment has two main components - good ergonomics and good education. Workstations should be designed around the worker and the worker needs to be educated on how to work in an efficient manner with good posture and regular pause/break routines and stretches. Our highly trained physiotherapists have vast experience in designing and implementing workstation ergonomics and educational programs for promotion of self-management.
